Submit a project inquiry through the contact form with your book details, genre, and any visual preferences. You will receive a quote based on the scope of work. Once you approve the quote and complete payment, design work begins.

No. Premade covers remain available to all buyers until payment is completed. Adding a cover to a wishlist or cart does not reserve it. The first person to complete payment secures the cover.

Premade covers are delivered within 72 hours of receiving payment and your book details. Custom covers take 7 to 10 business days. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Ebook covers are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files (typically 1800 x 2700 pixels), with PNG and PDF versions where applicable. Print covers are delivered as print-ready PDFs formatted for your chosen printer. Audiobook covers are delivered as square JPEG files.

The premade price includes adding or changing the title, author name, tagline, and series name, as well as minor adjustments like font color or text positioning. Changes that alter the core imagery or composition of the design may incur an additional fee.

Custom cover pricing includes up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed project scope. If you want something that fundamentally changes the design direction, this may be treated as a new project and quoted separately. You will always be consulted and quoted before any additional charges are applied.

No. All sales are final. Premade covers are removed from the catalog immediately upon purchase, making the sale non-reversible. Custom covers require time and creative resources from the start of the project. If something goes wrong with your files or there is an error on our part, we will fix it at no charge. No. Every premade cover is sold only once and permanently removed from the catalog after purchase. Your cover design is exclusively yours.

While your final cover design is exclusive to you, the underlying stock photographs come from public libraries and may be purchased independently by other designers or authors for different projects. Candlelight Covers applies custom edits and creative transformations to make each design as distinctive as possible.

You receive an exclusive, perpetual license to use the cover for your book in all formats (ebook, print, audiobook) and for related marketing. The designer retains the copyright of the design and may display it in their portfolio. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer the cover to another person.

The standard license covers publishing and marketing use. If you wish to use the cover for merchandise (bookmarks for sale, apparel, etc.), please contact us to discuss an extended license.

The designer sources images from professional stock photography libraries. These images are licensed for commercial use in book cover design. The cost of sourcing and licensing is included in the cover price.

Yes, for custom projects. If you supply your own images, you are responsible for ensuring you hold the proper rights or licenses to use them commercially. The designer accepts no liability for copyright issues with client-supplied images.

Yes. Full print wraps (front, spine, and back cover) are available for both premade and custom orders. You will need to provide your printer, trim size, paper type, exact page count, and back cover content.

Spine width is calculated from your page count. If the page count changes significantly after delivery, the print file will need to be adjusted. Minor changes may be included; significant rework may incur a fee.
